Existing Conditions: This undeveloped soft shore launch site has nearby parking and portable restrooms within walking distance.  The speed of the river slows significantly from Labo Park to Pointe Mouillee.

Recommendations: Provide grade adjustments to improve existing soft shore access point, new stair with kayak slide from parking area to launch site, permanent restroom facilities, and identify launch site with signage.
