This page provides travelers unfamiliar with the Windsor-Detroit metropolitan region links to sources for information on our international border crossings, regional air travel options, and local accommodations.  

International Border Crossings
For automobile travelers, the Ambassador Bridge and Detroit-Windsor Tunnel connect the cities of Windsor and Detroit.  North of Lake St. Clair, the Blue Water Bridge connects Port Huron, MI to Point Edward, ON and the greater Sarnia area. All travelers will be inspected by border officials and are expected to carry proper identification. For the latest information on travel requirements and restrictions between Canada and the U.S., please consult the following websites:
